14-day refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the zip will not open, or
- the documented skill / templates do not work as described in the product README.
How to request
Email blackprealok@gmail.com and include:
- the email used on the order
- a short description of the problem (e.g. zip won’t open, skill/templates fail as documented)
Refunds are processed through Creem where applicable.
What may be declined
Redistribution of the files, or “changed my mind after using the files,” may be declined. This is a digital download of templates and an agent skill — not a consulting engagement.
